This Financial Analyst position will partner with the Finance Manager in India to support financial planning, reporting and analysis for headcount and expenses. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of projects in support of key business decisions and fiscal deliverable. Establish budgets, merge outlook forecasts, analyze financial data, collaborate with finance team worldwide, and advise management.Responsibilities include:Prepare reporting for annual/quarterly budgets and weekly/monthly forecasts, ensuring a high level of headcount and expense predictability for the identified organization, review for completeness and summarize key variancesPrepare trended analytics for key areas such as headcount attrition, employee costs, and travel spendGenerate outlook and controller's letter reportingUse Power BI/Tableau to build and maintain centralized and common reporting and analytical solutionsDrive ongoing improvements in execution, enhancements in framework to support generating meaningful data-driven insightsWork closely with finance controllers/consolidators to achieve fiscal objectives, understand factors influencing discrepancies, and question underlying assumptions/methodologies usedAd-hoc analysis as required, and self-initiated projects encouragedRequirements:Positive attitude and comfort in an environment subject to change as the business evolvesBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance or related field; CPA/MBA/Chartered Accountant preferred, but not mandatory6-9 years of FP&A (or related) experience required, preferably with a US-based companyStrong analytical and accounting skills; must understand key business drivers, ability to communicate financial implications/business impact and provide recommendations with attention to detailGood communication and interpersonal skillsExceptional follow-through capabilitiesWillingness and ability to quickly master new tools and processesAdvanced Excel skills are essential, and experience in Tableau and Anaplan are preferred.  SFDC, SAP, TM1 and PowerPoint are also useful.Adobe is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
