Digital Adoption Platform Consultant - Lead Training as a Service (TaaS) TeamWe are seeking an experienced Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) consultant to lead our TaaS team. This is a key leadership position that requires expertise in DAP design, development, and implementation, as well as strong leadership and project management skills.About the Role:This role involves leading a team of Instructional Designers and DAP Content Developers, providing coaching, feedback, and career development guidance to build team capability and confidence. The successful candidate will also partner with enterprise clients to shape, design, and execute their digital adoption strategies.Lead a team of experts in DAP design, development, and implementationProvide coaching, feedback, and career development guidance to team membersPartner with clients to develop and implement digital adoption strategiesFoster a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement within the teamKey Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for:Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on their DAP vision, roadmap, and governance approachFacilitating strategy workshops with client stakeholders to define digital adoption goals, success measures, and change management alignmentTranslating client business needs into actionable DAP strategies and scalable adoption frameworksBuilding strong, long-term relationships with client leadership teamsSolution Design & Delivery Oversight:The successful candidate will oversee the design and delivery of WalkMe and other DAP solutions across enterprise applications, ensuring that solutions align with client adoption goals and integrate seamlessly into their digital ecosystems.Oversee the design and delivery of DAP solutions across enterprise applicationsEnsure solutions align with client adoption goals and integrate seamlessly into their digital ecosystemsReview and guide solution design, ensuring user-centric and outcome-focused approachesPartner with project managers to monitor progress, risks, and outcomesThought Leadership & Evangelism:The successful candidate will evangelize best practices for digital adoption, stay current on DAP innovations, and advise clients on emerging trends.Evangelize best practices for digital adoptionStay current on DAP innovations and advise clients on emerging trendsMentor junior consultants and developers on consulting skills and technical best practicesBuild a team of DAP ConsultantsRequirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Information Technology, or related field8+ years of experience in DAP design, development, or implementation (WalkMe expertise preferred)3–5 years of experience in leading consulting teams, coaching talent, and managing client-facing projectsProven ability to consult with executive stakeholders and shape digital adoption strategiesStrong project management background (Agile and/or Waterfall)WalkMe Delivery Consultant certification (Preferred)Experience with complementary tools (e.g., SAP Enable Now, Salesforce, ServiceNow) a plus
