Flexibility, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities are also crucial for success in this role.Responsibilities:Direct and manage the culinary operations team, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to enhance their performance.Collaborate with supervisors to review daily menus, ensure inventory management, and control costs within assigned sections.Conduct regular walk-throughs to monitor kitchen efficiency, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.Qualifications:A minimum of 8 years' experience in upscale hotels, resorts, or cruise ships, with at least 2 years as a Senior Culinary Operations Manager preferred. A culinary school degree is required, along with excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.Additionally, proficiency in computer software, customer service, and conflict resolution skills are necessary for this role.Bonus points for candidates with intermediate level of expertise in computer software, excellent time management, and attention to detail.
