Job Title: Data Insights LeaderWe are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Data Insights Leader to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our business intelligence strategy, aligning it with our business goals and objectives.You will oversee data analysis activities, including data mining, trend analysis, and predictive modeling, to extract actionable insights and support decision-making. Your expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Amazon Quicksight, Power BI, or similar platforms will enable you to create and manage comprehensive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that provide stakeholders with timely, relevant, and accurate information.As a leader, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of a small staff of supervisory and non-supervisory personnel. You will work closely with various teams to drive business value through data analytics in the fintech industry.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, and preferably a Master's degree. We require at least 10-15 years of experience in MIS with Data Leadership driving business value through data analytics in the fintech industry. Proficiency in BI tools is essential.Some key requirements include:A proven track record of developing and executing BI strategies aligned with business goals.Expertise in data analysis, data mining, trend analysis, and predictive modeling.Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing a team.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Amazon Quicksight, Power BI, or similar platforms.This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a talented and experienced professional to make a significant impact on our organization.
