As a people-driven organization, Systematic is a proud participant in the Make in India initiative, contributing towards building a stronger nation.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Account Head, based in Mumbai. The Account Head will oversee financial operations, including monitoring and analyzing financial statements, ensuring strategic decision-making, and driving the team to achieve financial goals. Daily responsibilities include:Overseeing account management and financial workflowsDeveloping financial strategies aligned with business objectivesManaging client relationships and providing financial guidanceSteering and mentoring team members toward operational excellenceQualifications & RequirementsQualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – mandatoryMinimum 5 years of core accounting experience post-CA qualificationStrong analytical skills to assess financial data and guide decision-makingExpertise in financial statements, finance, and overall financial managementProven experience in account management, sales strategy, and client relationship managementProficiency in team management and ability to motivate and lead effectivelyExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldExperience with ERP systems and financial software is a plusSalaryUp to ₹20 LPA (depending on experience)
