Job Title:EDI Solutions SpecialistJob Description:We are seeking an experienced EDI Solutions Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronic data interchange (EDI) solutions and be proficient in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting EDI systems.The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EDI with Order Management Systems (OMS), ensuring seamless order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment.Key responsibilities include managing and supporting EDI mapping, translation, and communication processes with trading partners, as well as working with customers and external partners to onboard, test, and maintain EDI connections.Additionally, the EDI Solutions Specialist will monitor and resolve EDI-related issues, conduct root cause analysis of EDI failures, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.They will also ensure compliance with industry standards and company-specific EDI requirements, and prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Proven experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and/or IBM Sterling File GatewayExtensive knowledge of EDI standards such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and industry-specific transaction setsHands-on experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) and their integration with EDI processesStrong understanding of EDI mapping, document translation, and communication protocolsAbility to troubleshoot and resolve complex EDI issues across multiple platformsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
