Job Title: Motion & Post-Production DirectorWe are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our motion and post-production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in motion graphics, VFX, and CGI, with experience leading teams delivering high-end content for broadcast, digital, and short-form platforms.Required Skills and QualificationsKey Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end motion and post-production pipeline, from concept to deliveryDrive excellence across 2D/3D animation, compositing, tracking, rotoscoping, color grading, and finishingCollaborate closely with creative directors, producers, and account teams to bring motion-first executions to lifeElevate the studio's creative benchmark through hands-on involvement in motion graphics, VFX, and CGI workflowsDevelop and implement new motion design techniques, animation trends, and post-production workflows to enhance storytellingSupervise pack-shot adaptation, beauty retouching, and complex compositing across global campaignsNecessary Expertise:15+ years of experience in motion graphics, post-production, VFX, and CGI, preferably within large advertising, film, or creative-production environmentsDeep hands-on proficiency in industry-standard tools, including Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema4D, Maya, Houdini, Blender, Nuke, Fusion, and DaVinci ResolveStrong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, lighting, camera, and timingProven experience leading teams delivering high-end content at scaleFamiliarity with AI-assisted tools for video enhancement, rotoscoping, and content generationExperience collaborating with sound, music, and VO production to complete audiovisual packagesBenefitsThis is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the creation of innovative motion designs.
