About This RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Backend Engineer to design and build scalable systems. You will work with modern technologies, drive cloud migration initiatives, and ensure robust backend infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop microservices and RESTful APIs for high-performance systems.Lead cloud migration and containerization efforts using Kubernetes.Implement and optimize data processing frameworks with Kafka.Enhance observability and performance monitoring using OpenTelemetry.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and efficiency.Required Skills & Experience5–6 years of backend development experience.Strong expertise in Java and Python programming languages.Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Kafka, and OpenTelemetry tools.Proven experience in microservice architecture and API design.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration.Your Contributions Will Include:Developing efficient algorithms and data structures.Designing scalable databases and data storage solutions.Ensuring system security and integrity.Working collaboratively with teams to achieve project goals.
