About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Funded Algo/Quant Trader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, testing, and executing algorithmic trading strategies.The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Market Making and Trading Strategies, as well as proficiency in Quantitative Investing and Trading.Key responsibilities include analyzing datasets to identify profitable signals, optimizing trading performance, and adapting algorithms to evolving market conditions.The role also involves collaboration with quantitative researchers, risk managers, and other team members to improve strategy effectiveness and ensure compliance with trading regulations.RequirementsStrong Expertise in Market Making and Trading Strategies: Proven ability to design and execute successful trading strategies.Proficiency in Quantitative Investing and Trading: Strong understanding of quantitative investing principles and ability to apply them in a trading environment.Experience with Quantitative Analytics and data-driven decision-making: Ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions based on data analysis.Proven Analytical and Mathematical Problem-Solving Skills: Strong mathematical skills and ability to apply analytical thinking to solve complex problems.Proficiency in Programming Languages such as Python, R, or C++: Proficient in at least one programming language and able to write efficient code.Ability to Work Independently and Collaboratively in a Remote Environment: Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.Strong Understanding of Financial Markets and Instruments: In-depth knowledge of financial markets and instruments.Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Finance, or a Related Field: Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field.
