Revenue Operations SpecialistAt a dynamic SaaS organization, we are seeking an accomplished and detail-driven Revenue Operations Specialist to provide strategic support for our growing business. This key member of our operations team will be responsible for maintaining CRM data, generating reports and dashboards, and assisting with process enhancements.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain CRM systems, including workflows, automations, data hygiene, and system integration.Develop and deliver regular reports and dashboards to track pipeline metrics, sales performance, and go-to-market activities.Support the design and execution of sales incentive plans.Conduct data analysis to identify trends, gaps, or anomalies in sales and marketing processes.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless data flow and process adherence.Requirements:1.5+ years of experience in a Sales Operations role at a product-based SaaS company.Proven CRM management expertise with HubSpot and Salesforce, including workflow design and administration.Strong ability to create reports and dashboards using various tools.High proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including building dynamic dashboards and models.Familiarity with CPQ tools.Experience in designing and developing sales incentive plans.Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.About this RoleThis is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth environment and contribute to the development of our operations team.
