Project Coordinator Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team.The role involves coordinating day-to-day project activities, schedules, and documentation for solar installation projects. This includes:Coordinating daily project tasks and deadlines.Assisting the Project Manager in tracking project milestones, risks, and dependencies.Maintaining and updating project trackers, dashboards, and progress reports.Facilitating communication between internal teams, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.Supporting procurement processes by preparing PRs, tracking material deliveries, and coordinating with supply chain teams.Organizing project meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and following up on action items.Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.Supporting site planning, coordination with field teams, and monitoring project execution.To be successful in this role, you will need:Key Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or related field.7+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in solar, renewable energy, EPC, or infrastructure projects.Strong understanding of project management processes and documentation.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project management tools preferred.Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
