Backend Software Engineer

š¼ Backend Software Engineer (Golang) š Location: Hyderabad (Onsite) š§ Experience: 2.5 ā 4 years š Employment Type: Full-time Weāre looking for a Backend Software Engineer whoās passionate about building scalable backend systems using Golang . Youāll work on designing, developing, and optimizing APIs and data pipelines that power our next-generation IoT and data-driven platforms. š§ What Youāll Do Develop and maintain high-performance backend services using Golang Build REST and gRPC APIs for large-scale data systems Optimize PostgreSQL queries and database interactions Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams for end-to-end delivery Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and architecture improvements ā What Weāre Looking For 3+ years of backend development experience Strong hands-on experience with Golang (concurrency, goroutines, channels) Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and microservices architecture Experience with Docker and message queues (Kafka/NATS preferred) Familiarity with Node.js or TypeScript is a plus Strong problem-solving mindset and ownership attitude š” Nice to Have Experience with Redis , Prometheus , Grafana , or Kubernetes Exposure to CI/CD workflows Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced product environment If youāre someone who loves solving backend challenges and enjoys working on performance-driven systems ā weād love to talk to you contact at career@oneiot.io
