You will collaborate with designers and marketers to create engaging online experiences that meet conversion goals, improve page performance, and ensure responsive design.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop web pages and landing page concepts using Webflow.Monitor site performance and run regular audits to ensure optimal results.Analyze conversion rates, traffic, bounce rates, and other metrics to provide data-driven insights to the team.Create innovative interactive concepts in Webflow based on your observations and learning.Work with the content, design, and product teams to deliver engaging online experiences for leads and customers.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the space.Requirements:At least 3 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites.Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design.Familiarity with design tools such as Figma.Understanding of SEO principles, including backlinking, keyword rankings, and staying up-to-date with ever-changing SEO trends.Proficiency in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.Experience working with automations, third-party tools, and Webflow integrations to enhance web functionality and marketing effectiveness.Exceptional technical problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.A strong portfolio demonstrating successful website design and development with a focus on brand and marketing sites.
