We are looking for a dynamic Influencer Marketing Specialist to expand our brand reach and build impactful partnerships in the digital space.Key Responsibilities🔹 Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.🔹 Scout, Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with relevant influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors.🔹 Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and collaborations with influencers.🔹 Create script, concept, hooks and over all video plan and get it executed.🔹 Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.🔹 Stay updated with influencer trends, social media algorithms, and emerging platforms.🔹 Collaborate with content and social media teams to create compelling influencer-led campaigns.🔹 Manage influencer outreach, gifting programs, and performance-based collaborations.What We’re Looking For✅ 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or brand collaborations.✅ Strong understanding of social media trends, influencer landscape, and content marketing.✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.✅ Experience with influencer marketing platforms and tools is a plus.✅ Passion for the lifestyle, wellness, and personal care industry.
