Job Title: Senior Solutions ArchitectWe are seeking an experienced and innovative Data and Analytics expert to lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge solutions across Clinical, Commercial, and Medical Affairs domains.Develop end-to-end data platform architectures that drive business value and improve decision-making.Build scalable and secure solutions on leading cloud platforms using best-practice patterns and technologies.Design and implement data models and integrate pharma datasets from various sources (EDC, CTMS, IRT, CRM, 3PL, claims, hub, dispense, etc.).Key Responsibilities:Liaise with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solution blueprints.Lead technical delivery across multiple engagements, ensuring high-quality and compliant outcomes.Conduct design reviews and provide guidance to development teams to ensure solution quality and adherence to Data governance, Security & Compliance standards.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.10+ years in data engineering, architecture, or delivery leadership roles.At least 5 years of experience working in the Biotech/Pharma Industry supporting Clinical/Commercial business units to meet their Data and Reporting needs.Preferred Skills:Hands-on experience with leading cloud platforms & services including AWS and Azure.Expertise in data lake/Lakehouse architectures and modern ELT patterns.Strong SQL, Python, Spark, and data modelling skills.Benefits:Pursue a challenging and rewarding career path with opportunities for growth and professional development.Work with a talented team of experts who share your passion for innovation and excellence.
