About This RoleWe are looking for a Senior Technical Lead to oversee the design and development of Microsoft-based business solutions in cloud environments using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading teams and implementing custom applications using the Power Apps frameworks, as well as utilizing out-of-the-box CRM applications for business needs such as sales, customer service, marketing, etc.Lead, design and develop Microsoft-based business solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power PlatformDevelop workflows, plug-ins, and entity modificationsBe involved in development using CRM SDK, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server 2005, ADO.NETKey Qualifications:10+ years of relevant work experienceBachelor's degreeDynamics CRM experience in an enterprise customer with at least 50 users is requiredAbility to develop workflows, plug-ins and can do entity modificationsMinimum three years of web-based application development experienceBusiness knowledge on banking is preferredExperience in CRM SDK, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server 2005, ADO.NETCommunication skills in English (listening, speaking and writing)Ability to work on client projects on client premises,Ability to travel for project assignments in various countries.CRM on a web farm deployment: 3 yearsUsage of SSRS to make reports: 3 yearsCRM project with more than 300 users: 4 yearsCRM Plugins development: 3 yearsDevelopment of an ISV application in an iframe: 3 yearsAbout YouYou'll be an exceptional leader with a passion for Microsoft technologies, experienced in delivering complex projects and managing cross-functional teams.
