With us, you’ll experience:Infinite tech exposure & mentorshipLive case problem-solving with real impactHackdays and continuous learning through tech talksFun, collaborative work environment that’s more sincere than seriousKey ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable backend services using Node.js.Build responsive and modular frontend components using React.js.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.Ensure high performance, reliability, and maintainability of applications.Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement robust solutions.Contribute to Java-based services as part of full stack responsibilities and cross-training.Skills and Qualifications3-5 years of hands-on experience with backend development using Node.js and frontend using React.js.Strong JavaScript/ES6+ knowledge and experience in building APIs with Express.js or Hapi.js.Proficiency in React.js and component-driven development.Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, SQL).Understanding of microservices and cloud-native architecture using Azure Functions, Event Hub, and Service Bus.Experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha) and TDD.Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps.Strong with data structures and algorithms.Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.Preferred Additional SkillsFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Exposure to Java and willingness to be groomed as a full-stack developerExposure to Java and willingness to be groomed as a full-stack developerExperience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration via Kubernetes.
