Financial Operations Accountant

About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive accounting professional with strong QuickBooks experience to support our finance operations.Record, process, and save purchase invoices in QuickBooks ensuring accurate correlation with purchase orders.Assist with VAT calculations prepare supporting documentation and liaise with accountants to ensure timely and compliant submissions.Provide management accounts support and answer queries raised by external accountants.Organize review and process expense claims in QuickBooks manage reimbursements for employees.Prepare and process supplier payments by raising requests in QuickBooks for authorization by bank signatories.Provide accountants with all required supporting documentation including bank statements and transaction details.Regularly reconcile company bank accounts to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records.Create and manage accounts in QuickBooks ensuring accurate categorization and reporting.Key Skills and QualificationsStrong QuickBooks skills and experience.Excellent record-keeping and organizational skills.Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Aptitude for learning and adapting to new systems and processes.What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including opportunities for career development and growth.How to ApplyTo apply for this role, please submit your resume and cover letter.
