Cloud Data Architect - Azure ApplicationsA leading organization is seeking an accomplished Cloud Data Architect specializing in Azure-based applications. In this role, you will design and implement secure, scalable, and robust data architectures that support mission-critical public facing transactional websites and data processing focused business SaaS applications on Microsoft Azure.About the Role:Develop comprehensive data modeling strategies to ensure high-quality, well-documented, and easily maintainable data structures.Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business teams to define and enforce data governance, security standards, and architectural best practices.Architect and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure-native tools to meet evolving needs.Implement and maintain security strategies including data encryption, access controls, and compliance with data protection regulations.Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives to ensure seamless transition and minimal disruption to business operations.Key Responsibilities:Design end-to-end data and solution architectures for Azure-based applications emphasizing security, scalability, and performance.Develop and implement effective logging and telemetry strategies.Caching approaches, designing systems for concurrent and parallel processing for databases.SaaS model design and implementation, as well as scalability and performance optimization.Required Qualifications:Mandatory certifications: DP-300 – Azure Database Administrator Associate, DP-203 – Azure Data Engineer Associate, AZ-305 – Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AZ-500 – Azure Security Engineer Associate.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.8–10 years of professional experience in data management, engineering, or architecture roles.At least 4 years of specialized experience architecting solutions and data frameworks on Azure cloud platforms.Benefits:Fully remote position based in India.Opportunity to work across two innovative international companies.Competitive compensation package.Collaborative, flexible work culture focused on growth, security, and innovation.
