Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled AGM – Finance (CA-qualified) professional with expertise in FEMA, SEBI regulations, corporate finance, and compliance. The role involves overseeing financial operations, regulatory compliance, risk management, and reporting etc

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

  • Develop financial strategies, budgeting, and forecasting models.
  • Analyze financial performance, cash flow, and cost optimization.
  • Drive strategic financial initiatives to enhance profitability.

2. Compliance & Regulatory Affairs:

  • Ensure compliance with FEMA, SEBI, RBI, Companies Act, and taxation laws.
  • Monitor and implement regulatory updates related to SEBI and FEMA.
  • Liaise with auditors, regulatory authorities, and legal teams for compliance matters.

3. Treasury & Fund Management:

  • Manage forex transactions, hedging, and risk mitigation strategies under FEMA guidelines.
  • Oversee working capital, debt financing, and investment decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with SEBI (LODR), IPO, and capital market regulations.

4. Audit & Risk Management:

  • Ensure internal and statutory audits are conducted efficiently.
  • Implement robust risk management frameworks in financial operations.
  • Handle financial due diligence, investor relations, and disclosures.

5. Taxation & Reporting:

  • Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance, including GST, TDS, and international taxation.
  • Prepare financial statements as per Ind AS & IFRS.
  • Manage statutory and management reporting for stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

8–15 years of experience in Manufacturing co, corporate finance.

Strong knowledge of FEMA, SEBI regulations, RBI guidelines, and taxation

Experience in financial reporting (Ind AS, IFRS), audits, and treasury management

Proficiency in ERP (SAP, Oracle), Excel, and financial modeling tools

Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Candidates with experience in SEBI-regulated entities, MNCs, or large corporates

Prior experience in FEMA compliance, foreign exchange transactions, and capital markets

Compensation: Maximum gross up to 35 LPA
