Job Title: Tech Expert for Dynamics 365 Solutions Job Description: The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM. They should possess skills in design, configuration, and customization of modules, plugins, workflows, and form customizations.Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service)Implement custom entities, plugins, workflows, actions, business rules, and form customizationsDevelop and enhance CRM extensions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Web ResourcesBuild and customize model-driven apps, forms, views, dashboards, and SLA/KPI configurationsIntegrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, API integration, and custom middlewareThe selected candidate will have the opportunity to work on various projects that involve designing, developing, and deploying custom solutions using Dynamics 365 CE.Power Platform Development:Build Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Custom Pages using DataverseDevelop enterprise-grade Power Automate flows (cloud flows, business process flows)Implement Power Platform governance, solution-layered development, ALM pipelines, and environment strategyOptimize Dataverse tables, relationships, and column-level security for performance and stabilityTechnical Architecture & Design:Participate in solution architecture with Architects and LeadsCreate high-level and low-level design documents, data models, and integration mappingsEnsure adherence to best practices, Microsoft recommended patterns, and security & compliance standards
