High Performance Trading Engineer

About the RoleWe are building a new generation of low-latency market-making infrastructure designed to operate across multiple centralized exchanges (CEXs).This role is ideal for engineers who thrive in performance-critical environments and want to work on high-throughput systems that directly support live trading.The successful candidate will join a team responsible for data ingestion, execution systems, real-time market-making engines, and trading analytics.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Making & Execution SystemsBuild and maintain ultra-low-latency quoting engines for centralized exchanges.Implement smart order placement logic, automated skewing, cancel/replace orchestration, and liquidity provisioning algorithms.Develop and optimize order routing and venue connectors for high-availability trading.Market Data & InfrastructureDesign and optimize tick-by-tick market data pipelines (order book, trades, snapshots).Build replay tools and analytical modules for microstructure research.Implement fault-tolerant event-driven systems for real-time trading.Performance EngineeringReduce network and processing latency using techniques such as lock-free queues, multi-threading, and CPU affinity.Profile, benchmark, and optimise C++ code for speed and determinism.Risk, Monitoring & ObservabilityIntegrate real-time risk checks, exposure limits, inventory controls, and self-trade protections.Build observability tools for latency tracking, throughput monitoring, and automated alerts.Required Skills and QualificationsWe are looking for an engineer with advanced proficiency in modern C++ (C++17/20), solid understanding of Linux systems programming, strong expertise in multi-threaded and asynchronous programming, experience designing low-latency, high-throughput network systems, ability to implement and optimize WebSocket, REST, TCP/UDP, FIX, and binary APIs, familiarity with real-time trading infrastructure, and strong debugging and profiling experience.What We OfferOpportunity to build an end-to-end low-latency trading system from the ground up, work with modern C++ on a performance-focused engineering team, high autonomy, strong engineering culture, and real impact on live trading results.
