The IAM team is responsible for delivering Identity and Access Management solutions to the multiple organizations across the globe. Team is also responsible for innovation and supporting the integration of IAM services.
About the role:
The presales consultant will enable and empower the onshore sales team, laying the groundwork for sales teams to present and sell IAM solutions to potential clients. It’s a pivotal role in driving the adoption of IAM solutions within organizations by using their technical knowledge to understand client needs and translate them into viable solutions.
Roles & responsibilities:
• Quickly understand the proposal / presentation objectives and determine what is required of the KGS Presales Support team.
• Create compelling proposals outlining the proposed IAM solution, benefits and costs.
• Source information from relevant internal sources, core team, portals, etc. collating and analyzing information logically and producing high quality outputs by deploying standard templates in a timely manner
• Create the document/presentations structure as per the RFP/proposal requirement and discuss with senior team members
• Work with the onshore teams to set-up the repository of the recent client presentations, RFI / RFP responses, marketing collateral, etc.
• Ensure that presentations / proposals look professional and attractive to the end client and are developed within stated timelines
• Identify process improvement opportunities and possible automation to reduce manual efforts and increase efficiency
• Excellent presentations, documentations, communication and interpersonal skills
• Develop strong relationship with onshore teams/partners/and other internal stakeholders. Foster trust and collaboration to drive successful proposals.
This role is for you if you have the below:
Educational qualifications
• BE / B.Tech / BBA / BCom / MBA Preferred.
• Any IT Certifications of which at least one should be in the IT Security area (preferably in IAM domain)
Work experience
• 4-7 years of relevant industry experience in a similar role particularly in a professional services firm / third-party IT-BPO company/internal research/ Proposal Writing within key technology companies.
• Prior IAM consulting / presales experience is preferred
Mandatory technical & functional skills:
• Expertise in IAM concepts, technologies, industry leading best practices
• Strong knowledge on leading IAM solutions (SailPoint, Saviynt Okta, CyberArk, Ping Identity, Enter Id) and their capabilities.
• Assessing requirements and producing appropriate sizing and estimations
• Develop tailored IAM solutions addressing client’s unique business needs.
• Supporting presales activities such as product demonstrations, Proof-of-Concept, proposal presentations, Due-Diligence, solution campaigns, participating in workshops, etc.
• Should have advanced PPT and MS Word knowledge, and basic level MS Excel concepts
• Passionate about delivering excellent quality service
• High consciousness towards attention to detail; drive and commitment to deliver a high-quality service to the KPMG network
Preferred technical & functional skills:
• It is preferred that the consultant possess deep understanding of IGA and PAM concepts through previous experiences of product implementation (at least one each from IGA and PAM area)
