Revenue Operations Analyst Job RoleThis position provides key support to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HubSpot CRM records, generating valuable reports, and streamlining daily GTM operations.Maintain and update HubSpot records, properties, lists, and workflows for optimal data management.Ensure data hygiene, deduplication, and consistent reporting to drive business insights.Assist with lead routing, lifecycle stage updates, and funnel tracking to enhance customer experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesData Management & QualityHubSpot Configuration: Update records, properties, lists, and workflows to ensure accurate and reliable data.Data Validation: Verify data consistency, eliminate duplicates, and provide clear reporting to stakeholders.Lead Distribution: Assist with lead routing, lifecycle stage updates, and funnel tracking to optimize sales outcomes.Reporting & AnalyticsDashboards & Reports: Develop weekly reports for pipeline, funnel metrics, SDR output, AE performance, and campaign results to inform business decisions.Conversion Insights: Identify bottlenecks across the GTM funnel and provide actionable recommendations to improve conversion rates.Process SupportGTM Processes: Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for GTM operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.Automated Workflows: Assist with building automated sequences, nurture programs, and workflow setup to streamline tasks and boost productivity.
