Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing full-cycle accounting operations, overseeing tax filings, and leading the development of scalable systems.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily and monthly accounting operations for multiple entitiesOversee general ledger, reconciliations, month-end close, accruals, and reportingPrepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsEstablish internal controls to ensure accuracy and complianceAccounting Expertise:Strong experience with corporate and partnership returns (1120, 1120-S, 1065, K-1s)Hands-on experience preparing filings for 1099s, W-2s, payroll taxes, and foreign partner structuresProficiency with QuickBooks, Xero, and payroll platformsBenefits:Fully remote work environmentMajor growth potential — opportunity to become Director or Head of AccountingDirect involvement in building processes, systems, and a full teamHigh autonomy with real decision-making authoritySupportive culture that rewards ownership, initiative, and problem-solving
