Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Integration Consultant to design, develop, and support integrations between Workday and internal/external systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing integrations between Workday HCM and other applications. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, assess, and solve complex business problems.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop integrations between Workday HCM and other applicationsDevelop future-ready Workday solutions to optimize HR functions and enhance employee experienceSupport workday integration and have strong knowledge of XML, XSLT development/testingContribute to overall project objectives and specific deliverablesDesign, build, and support testing of Workday integration code baseTimely identification and escalation of risks and development of alternative technical and functional approaches when necessaryRequired Skills & Experience:Minimum 4+ years' experience in Workday implementation/configuration supportHands on experience configuring in Workday general HCM, business process framework, and reportingExperience with Workday functional areas outside of Core HCM, i.e., Learning, Benefits, and CompensationExperience in building and supporting integrations for Workday HCM ApplicationsExperience in supporting Workday interfaces with internal/external applications and other vendor applicationsExperience with HCM functional leads for troubleshooting integration issuesExperience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST and WS standards)Ability to work and coordinate with cross-functional teams on data related inquiriesM&A experience would be an additional advantageWorkday Integration Certifications are highly desiredStrong written and verbal communication skills
