Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Motion Designer to join our team.The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating engaging motion graphics, animated brand assets, and high-impact visuals for various projects.Key responsibilities include:Designing and animating motion graphics, animated assets, and reelsDeveloping motion design systems, brand identities, campaign elements, social content, and presentationsCollaborating with designers, strategists, and marketing teams on integrated projectsTranslating static designs into dynamic motion piecesMaintaining consistent brand language across animationsExecuting edits, transitions, typography animation, and micro-animationsBringing concepts to life with strong timing, pacing, and storytelling senseCollaborating on video projects: cuts, sequences, transitionsManaging multiple motion projects with clean organisationExploring trends, experimenting with new techniques, and pushing creative boundariesRequirementsEssential skills and experience include:Proficiency in motion design software (After Effects / Premier Pro / similar tools)Strong understanding of animation principles (timing, easing, movement)Ability to build static visuals and turn them into compelling motion narrativesFast learner, proactive, and comfortable with creative challengesAbility to work across multiple briefs and timelinesCuriosity about branding, marketing, product storytelling, and UXStrong communication skills and openness to feedbackComfortable using AI-assisted motion or AI design toolsKnowledge of 3D software like Cinema 4D or Blender is a plusWorking knowledge of Cavalry and Rive is highly valuedFamiliarity with video compression and optimization for web and mobile platformsDetail-oriented with a focus on ensuring high-quality video outputsGood design sense, typography, layout, compositionExperience in branding, digital design, or related industries is a plusBonus qualifications include:3D motion skills (Blender / Cinema4D)Experience creating product videos or app UI animationsEditing + sound design understandingExperience in advertising, branding, or digital agenciesAbility to storyboard or sketch rough visual conceptsPortfolio RequirementsThis is a craft-heavy role.
