Job Overview:The Data Evaluator role involves comprehensive assessment of technical proficiency in data engineering, analytics, and cloud data platforms. This position requires evaluating learners' skills across SQL, data pipeline development, data modeling, and visualization capabilities.About the Role:As a Data Evaluator, you will work closely with trainers and cross-functional teams to uphold quality standards throughout the training lifecycle. You will design and execute quality audit frameworks for professional training programs, conduct structured technical interviews to evaluate learners' proficiency in data engineering principles, and develop comprehensive assessments to evaluate learners' understanding of concepts.Responsibilities:Design and execute quality audit frameworks for professional training programsConduct structured technical interviews to evaluate learners' proficiency in data engineering principles, Databricks, Snowflake, and Power BIDevelop comprehensive assessments including quizzes and coding challenges to evaluate learners' understanding of data engineering concepts and ability to apply themReview and validate coding challenges by validating SQL queries, Python scripts, and data transformation logicEvaluate end-to-end data engineering projects, including ETL/ELT pipelines, data models, and Power BI dashboardsDeliver clear, actionable feedback that identifies strengths and provides guidance for technical skill enhancementDocument assessment outcomes, interview insights, and performance trends systematicallyRequirements:3–5 years of experience as a Data Engineer, Data Analyst, or comparable technical roleStrong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data analysisExperience with Databricks, Snowflake, and Power BIGood understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines, DataOps, and data warehousing best practicesFamiliarity with Python or R for scripting, data validation, or analysisWorking knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCPEqual Opportunity Employer: We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds.
