Oracle HCM Cloud SpecialistThe role involves driving the implementation of Oracle HCM cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and providing exceptional support to clients.At least 5 years of experience in implementing and managing Oracle Cloud-based payroll systems for India and US legislation.Prior experience in all phases of project delivery, including requirement gathering, CRP, SIT, UAT, Train the trainer sessions, Cutover, Production support etc.Strong expertise in integrating payroll with Absences and costings to General Ledger and PPM modules.Key Responsibilities:To design and implement effective business process analytics and solution designs that meet client requirements.To develop detailed functional specification documents and test case preparations.To deliver high-quality training sessions and provide hyper-care support to clients.Requirements:A strong track record of delivering Oracle HCM cloud solutions and extensive experience in areas of business process analytics, requirement definition, and solution design.Able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Must have at least 2 full India Payroll implementation experiences till go live and hyper care support.
