Job Title: Senior Financial Planning Specialist About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning Specialist to drive financial reporting excellence, support forecasting and budgeting processes, and deliver actionable insights through robust reporting and visualization tools.Main Responsibilities:Create and maintain reports using advanced data analytics and visualization techniques;Design and manage financial dashboards; Serve as subject matter expert for financial planning systems.Develop and deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial reports; Create dynamic visualizations and dashboards; Support forecasting and budgeting processes.Collaborate with business functions to provide financial analysis, scenario modeling, and decision support; Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions.Apply strong accounting knowledge to ensure accurate financial statements and adherence to GAAP standards; Collaborate with accounting teams to reconcile data and validate reporting integrity. Qualifications and Requirements:We seek candidates with a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. An MBA or CPA is preferred. We require at least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis roles.The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in Workday Adaptive Planning, including HTML reporting, OfficeConnect, and dashboard creation. They should also have strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
