Job OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the underwriting strategy of our organization. As a Deputy Manager-Underwriting, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across various loan products.Key responsibilities include implementing risk mitigation strategies, overseeing credit underwriting across multiple financial products, and establishing and enforcing credit risk policies and guidelines. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop and maintain credit assessment criteria and scoring models, participate in the loan approval process, and implement data-driven solutions.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of credit risk management principles and be able to analyze complex data sets to inform business decisions.
