Contract Management SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Specialist to oversee the entire lifecycle of commercial contracts, ensuring timely renewals and revenue alignment.This role involves maintaining accurate tracking records, monitoring key contract obligations, and coordinating with relevant teams to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively manage multiple stakeholders.Maintain structured documentation and update contract records within internal systems.Monitor key contract obligations, deliverables, and renewal timelines; proactively send reminders and coordinate actions with relevant teams.This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Track the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, including MSAs, Order Forms, and SOWs.Schedule regular review meetings with cross-functional teams to discuss ongoing projects and upcoming milestones.Collaborate with Finance to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and proper payment status for invoices.Prepare and distribute recurring reports on upcoming renewals, revenue schedules, and contractual risks or gaps.Requirements:6–8 years of experience in contract management, commercial operations, legal operations, or a related function.Strong understanding of contract terms, renewal cycles, invoicing milestones, and obligation tracking.Familiarity with CLM, CRM, or contract workflow tools is an advantage.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with SaaS agreements (MSAs, SOWs, Order Forms, Amendments).Finance or revenue recognition understanding (ASC 606 or similar).High attention to detail, organizational rigor, and strong follow-through.
