Senior Design VisionaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Design Visionary to spearhead high-end architecture and interior design projects.About the Role:This senior role requires a leader to drive conceptualization, development, and delivery of premium design projects. As part of our elite design team, you will oversee the creation of compelling design visions, mood boards, material palettes, and detailed presentation drawings.Main Responsibilities:Develop innovative design concepts, driving client satisfaction and project successOversight of BOQs, GFCs, and comprehensive design documentation with meticulous accuracyCollaboration with vendors, consultants, and contractors for seamless approvals and executionMaintenance of design integrity through site visits and regular monitoring of project progressMentorship and guidance of the design team to ensure smooth project delivery and growthFostering strong relationships with clients, presenting tailored solutions, and maintaining open communication channelsEvaluation of project timelines, budgets, and design excellence to guarantee client expectations are metKey Qualifications:Demonstrated expertise in high-end architecture and interior design with a proven track record of successful project deliveryExceptional leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and develop junior designersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering creative solutionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in presenting to clients and stakeholdersAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
