Job Title: Senior Data Management AssociateWe are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Data Management Associate. This position involves managing data using cutting-edge cloud information management and big data technologies.Main Responsibilities:Design and implement database and reporting solutions to enhance efficiency over time.Develop and maintain an Analytics data warehouse and Master Data Management system, integrating data from various internal applications and data vendors.Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop technical solutions that meet business requirements.Create and deploy processes to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency within the data warehouse & MDM system.Leverage experience with standard analytical, reporting, and programming languages, as well as data architecture, data integration/engineering, and business intelligence deployed in complex environments.Promote the adoption of data management and reporting tools among business users.Provide data sets, views, and automated reporting to stakeholders on an as-needed basis.Document ETL & MDM processes used for the data warehouse, data flow, and data quality to ensure transparency and visibility for stakeholders.Required Skills and Qualifications:Professional work experience in Master Data Management, with hands-on experience with full lifecycle gathering requirements, choosing/implementing tools, and building solutions.Familiarity with Enterprise-level Master Data Management platforms such as Reltio MDM, Informatica MDM, Veeva Network, etc.Awareness of MDM trends, concepts, and other technologies in the market.Demonstrated experience in data profiling, data modeling, and data analysis to support business needs.High proficiency with the SQL language and database management systems.Good understanding of ETL, analytics, and visualization tools like Informatica, Alteryx, Power BI, Python, Excel, and Tableau.
