Key Creative PartnerWe are seeking a highly skilled and versatile motion graphic designer to join our team as a key creative partner. As a critical member of the creative team, you will be responsible for executing high-volume content and product designs under the guidance of our Creative Lead.The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment where speed, precision, and shipping are paramount. You must be able to take rough sketches or concepts and turn them into high-fidelity screens in Figma, applying core UX principles to ensure designs are functional and developer-ready.You will work directly under the Creative Lead to execute video and motion production tasks, including turning raw footage or screen recordings into polished videos and adding 'juice' to our content with animated text overlays, smooth transitions, and logo animations.As a key creative partner, you will be responsible for asset scaling, creating variations of templates, social graphics, and marketing assets rapidly.
