This role involves technical leadership, stakeholder engagement, and team mentoring to drive best practices in BI development.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models (DAX, Power Query).Collaborate with data engineering teams (Databricks, SQL, ETL) to ensure high-quality data integration.Implement data governance standards, security models, and documentation.Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable BI solutions.Lead workshops, training, and provide end-user support.Manage projects using Agile methodologies and mentor junior team members.Requirements:8+ years in Power BI development, data modeling, and analytics.Strong skills in DAX, M language, SQL, and data warehousing.Experience with Databricks, RLS, and enterprise-scale BI deployments.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred).Certifications in Power BI / Data Analytics are a plus.
