About the role :
As the Head of Marketing you will be responsible for crafting strategies, managing budgets, and setting goals for marketing teams. You will ensure consistent brand messaging, analyze consumer behavior, and identify market expansion opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives, spanning digital, communications, advertising, content, and creative initiatives.
- Demand Generation: Lead the demand generation strategy, with a focus on driving qualified leads and increasing sales pipeline opportunities. Align efforts with business goals to ensure consistent growth in lead volume and quality.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing: Build, test, and optimize lead generation programs across various channels to create a consistent flow of high-quality leads. Implement effective lead nurturing strategies that increase conversion rates.
- Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV): Drive initiatives that improve long-term customer retention and engagement. Identify opportunities to increase customer lifetime value through personalized campaigns and strategic customer touchpoints.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Plan, develop, and execute Account-Based Marketing strategies targeting high-value accounts. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment with account-based selling efforts and maximize revenue from key accounts.
- Omni-Channel Marketing: Develop and execute integrated campaigns across digital (social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing), offline channels, and content marketing to engage prospects at every stage of the funnel.
- Performance Monitoring & Analytics: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure campaign success and optimize strategies. Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to continuously improve messaging, creatives, and overall marketing performance.
- Brand Awareness & Positioning: Develop and execute brand awareness campaigns that elevate the company’s profile. Use social media, surveys, customer feedback, and other tools to track and improve brand recognition.
- Website Optimization & Conversion: Continuously improve website user experience, optimizing for engagement, traffic, and conversions. Develop strategies to enhance site performance and achieve set conversion goals.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals. Set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and ensure the team is aligned and working towards common objectives.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of marketing efforts on overall business performance.
