Mechanical Engineer

Responsibility- Prepare design specification and tender information.- Prepare and design the total system or selected subsystem of a paint line as per specification.- To calculate all engineering / technical data of the design specification.- To calculate, analyze and determine engineering calculations required for the paint system.- Review technical specifications and drawings to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance.- Research and conduct prototype testing on new products and systems.- Prepare bill of materials and functional part list.- To purchase functional part / machinery part regarding design.- Participate in the commissioning of system and develop the documentation with sub-contractors.- Provide detailed reports on the design works i.e. tolerance analysis report.- Prepare system documentations.- Prepare engineering change requests.- Perform other function and/or assignment as required by the management.Requirements- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.- Required skill(s): AutoCad, Autodesk Inventor- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
