They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial recordsManage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely payment and reconciliationProcess payroll, including calculating wages and benefitsPrepare budgets and forecasts, analyzing financial data to inform business decisionsEnsure compliance with tax regulations, including filing GST returnsReconcile bank statements and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvementProvide financial insights and recommendations to managementRequirements:Proficiency in accounting software - Tally is a mustBachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field preferredProfessional certifications and experience in Tally is a mustGST filling independently on the portalProficiency in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and bank reconciliationKnowledge of tax regulations and complianceExperience in preparing budgets, payroll processing, and managing accounts payable and receivableAttention to detail, strong analytical skills, and problem-solving ability
