AI Model Engineer for Advanced Generative SystemsWe're seeking a seasoned AI engineer to spearhead the development of cutting-edge generative AI systems. As a key individual contributor, you'll transform complex business problems into impactful solutions by leading projects end-to-end from research and prototyping to production deployment.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and deep learning, with experience in building and deploying advanced generative AI models. You'll be responsible for designing and developing AI projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring production-grade AI systems are delivered on time.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop advanced generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion, multi-agent systems)Own AI projects end-to-end: ideation → PoC → scalable deployment → monitoringDevelop high-performance ML/DL models using state-of-the-art architecturesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade AI systemsRequired Skills and Qualifications:Programming languages: Python (advanced), multiprocessing/async programmingFrameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, HuggingFace Transformers/Diffusers, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic KernelMLOps: MLflow, W&B, Kubeflow, CUDA, CuPy, CuGraphGenerative & Agentic AI: RAG, Multi-agent orchestration, Fine-tuning diffusion models, LLM fine-tuningML & Deep Learning: XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost, clustering, PCA/UMAP, CNNs, RNNs/LSTMs, Transformers, GNNs, Time-seriesComputer Vision: YOLO, DETR, Faster R-CNN, OCR, Video analytics, Multi-modalOptimization & Deployment: TensorRT, ONNX, quantization, pruning, distillation, Docker, Kubernetes, REST/gRPC APIs, Azure ML, Azure OpenAI, App Services, Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, ELKQualifications:Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field3.5–7 years experience in ML/AI with proven end-to-end solution deliveryStrong fundamentals in ML/DL, optimization, modelingExperience deploying production-level ML/LLM solutionsPublications, open-source contributions, or patents are a plusExcellent analytical, debugging & problem-solving skills
