About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Demand Generation Specialist to drive qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline through targeted marketing campaigns, events, and digital initiatives. The ideal candidate should be creative, data-driven, and capable of managing multi-channel campaigns to generate measurable results.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute innovative demand generation strategies across various channels (email, social media, webinars, events, paid ads, etc.).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify target audience segments and create personalized outreach strategies.Create lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel.Work closely with content, design, and digital teams to develop compelling marketing assets that drive engagement.Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights to optimize ROI.Identify opportunities for ABM (Account-Based Marketing) and high-value lead targeting.Coordinate with external vendors and partners for campaign execution.Maintain accurate lead and campaign data within CRM/marketing automation tools.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.0–2 years of experience in demand generation, B2B marketing, or lead generation (SaaS/IT industry preferred).Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign metrics.Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
