Senior Quality Assurance ManagerTotal Work Experience: +18 years of experience in quality assurance & control of medium to large civil / infrastructure or building projects.Develop and implement a quality culture & strategy for the project, establishing programs & processes to achieve objectives.Collaborate with group manager quality and environment to ensure alignment of strategies.Guide project teams to implement effective management systems on projects that comply with specified contract and legislative requirements.Track instances of non-compliance, quality defects, etc., and guide team to take corrective measures; escalate critical issues as needed.Provide quality related inputs to engineering procurement, and construction processes, etc.Attend bi-monthly Project SHEQ Meetings to review performance.Ensure all monthly quality reporting to parent / holding companies is done in a timely manner.Preferred candidate profile:Good working knowledge of quality and environment management, and ISO standards.Prepare and implement project quality plan, preparation of field quality plan, inspection test plan, checklist of all constructional activities.Conducting quality checking of finishing work (masonry, plastering, tiles fixing, water proofing, door window, structural glazing).Familiar with Standard Civil Engineering Practices & Methods of Measurement.
