This is our senior engineering leadership role, reporting directly to the CTO.You'll inherit a talented but flat team of ~20 engineers that needs structure, process, and leadership development. Your mission: transform how we build, ship, and maintain software while growing the next generation of engineering leaders.This role is about engineering excellence, people development, and strategic thinking.
