Senior AI Engineer PositionWe are seeking a skilled Senior AI Engineer to lead the development and scaling of cutting-edge AI solutions involving LLMs, RAG systems, AI agents, and autonomous workflows. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for architecting and building scalable LLM-powered applications, including chatbots, RAG systems, and AI decision-support tools.Additionally, you will develop autonomous agents and multi-agent systems for internal and client needs, implement AIOps frameworks to monitor and improve production AI systems, build and optimize data pipelines, ML workflows, APIs, and backend services using Python & SQL, and deploy scalable systems using AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, and IaC tools.As a collaborative team player, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver AI capabilities at scale, mentor engineers, and contribute to organizational AI strategy. You will also stay updated on emerging LLM frameworks, agentic workflows, and ML infrastructure advancements.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.6+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering with real-world production systems.Strong experience developing and scaling LLM apps, RAG, agents, and AI-driven apps.Excellent programming skills in Python & SQL.Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, IaC.Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, etc.).Strong understanding of software architecture and system design.Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.BenefitsThis is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of cutting-edge AI technologies.
