Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis SpecialistExperience: 2+ YearsJob Location: Bangalore & ChennaiQualification: CARoles and responsibilities:- Responsible for month close activities including preparation and review of Company level PL, Delivery Unit and location level MIS- Track revenue and gross margin by Delivery Unit and by location and expenses by cost center- Work on quarterly estimate and rolling forecast of Company level PL including the Delivery and location level PL and should be able to provide insights- Assist in Annual Planning and budgeting activity- Should be able to navigate across multiple reports and work on the variance analysis to track the MoM variance and the budget vs actuals- Should have strong business partnering skills and ability to communicate and collaborate with various business units and other cross functional teams- Should prepare Board doc and other presentations on financial performance on a monthly and quarterly basis- Should be agile, open to challenges and work under high pressure to meet the demanding deadlines- Should have good excel skillsEEO Statement: Movate provides equal opportunity in all our employment practices to all qualified employees and applicants without regard race, color, religion, sex (including gender identity, sexual orientation, and pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information and other characteristics that are protected by applicable law.
