Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate, self-driven leader towards the position of the Manager/Senior Manager, to support our Community initiatives. This role combines project coordination and execution, as well as providing executive support to the Head of CSR.


Incumbent will play a critical role in planning, organizing, and overseeing all activities, and will also manage administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of this function


Key Responsibilities

  • Program Coordination & Execution
  • Project Management: Assist in planning, developing, implement, and monitor community programs and projects in line with the company’s strategy, including health camps, community outreach, awareness programs, and other initiatives
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Managem ent: Assist the Management team in developing and maintaining relationships with community organizations, NGOs, and key stakeholders to effectively support organization objectives
  • Event Coordinat ion: Support with planning and executing events and activities, including scheduling, logistics, communication, and on-the-ground coordination
  • Reporting & Documentat ion: Support the documentation and preparation of program and grant proposals. Monitor project progress, collect data, and compile detailed reports on all initiatives for both internal and external stakeholders, highlighting impact and outcomes


2. Strategic Support & Analysis :

  • Assist in engaging internal and external team at Medanta through regular communications and required capacity building and work co-ordination
  • Work with various stakeholder to develop and refine metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of all initiatives
  • Undertake other responsibilities, as needed


3. Administrative Assistance

  • Coordinating internal and external meetings, appointments, and events
  • Draft proposals, emails, letters, presentations, and other documentation, as required
  • Monitor and maintain budgets for activities; assist with expense tracking and invoice processing


Qualifications

  • Educ ation: Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent from a Tier-I institute (Preference, IIM, ISB,IITs)
  • Exper ience: Minimum of 3-5 years (in Program Management) experience preferably in a healthcare or large corporate setting


Skills Re quired

  • Project Mana gement: Demonstrated ability in managing large projects, project design, budget management and experience in concept note/proposal development
  • Communi cation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Profi ciency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Analytical Abi lities: Basic budgeting skills, data tracking, and impact analysis capabilities.
