The company has carved out a separate fintech vertical tasked withdigital transformation using cutting-edge technology and bringing in fresh talent.Join us if you like to:Assist in designing and developing database schemas for various applications.Collaborate with senior engineers to implement database features and solutions.Work on schema migrations and version control of database structures.Help optimize SQL queries for performance and efficiency.Assist in analyzing database bottlenecks and propose solutions.Monitor and troubleshoot database performance issues.Assist in data migration and integration tasks.Help maintain data integrity, quality, and security across databases.Support the team in creating ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for data pipelines.Automate routine database maintenance tasks (backups, monitoring, and health checks).Write scripts to support data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.Work closely with data analysts and business teams to develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc.Design and implement visually engaging, user-friendly dashboards that provide insights from complex datasets.Collaborate in building data pipelines to supply real-time or batch data to dashboards.Help optimize and refresh data sources for timely dashboard updates.Work with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and translate them into visualizations.What youll need to bring:Bachelors or Masters Degree – Engineering / Computer Science / B.Tech / M.Tech / B.ScIT / M.ScIT / BE / ME / BCA / MCA.Familiarity with relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.Strong understanding of SQL (Structured Query Language) and query optimization.Strong knowledge of database design and normalization.Experience with dashboard development tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase is a plus.Familiarity with version control tools like Git.Hands-on with scripting languages - preferably Python but bash will also do.Hands-on AWS skills, techies with certifications from AWS are particularly encouraged to apply - AWS API Gateway, Lambda, EC2, RDS, SQS, S3, CloudWatch.Excellent communication skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
