Key ResponsibilitiesThis role requires a strategic business development and sales expert to drive growth across India's government and public sector.Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the region, identifying opportunities and forging key partnerships.Oversee the entire tender lifecycle, from initial research to bid submission and post-bid clarifications, ensuring compliance and quality standards.Engage actively in government tenders and bidding processes, delivering timely and high-quality submissions that meet client needs.Nurture relationships with key government departments, public sector undertakings, and policy bodies, fostering strong connections and trust.Collaborate closely with internal teams to craft competitive and compliant proposals that meet client expectations.Lead bid defense presentations, proposal negotiations, and contract finalization, driving successful outcomes.Required Skills & Qualifications Ideal candidates will possess:A minimum of 12-17 years of experience in technology sales, with a strong focus on government and public sector markets.Proven expertise in end-to-end RFP management, government tendering, bid preparation, and contract finalization.A deep understanding of government procurement norms, e-procurement portals, GEM, NIC, and tendering guidelines.A track record of success in managing government deal cycles, including RFP management, bidding, and compliance processes.
