AB InBev India is looking to hire Assistant Manager-Admin for its People team based out of Bangalore .
Primary Purpose of the role:
We are seeking for an enthusiastic and creative Admin- Assistant Manager to join our People team. He/she will be responsible for the mission - “Create world class employee experience where people feel belonged and valued, with the purpose to create a future with more cheers.”
Key Tasks & Accountabilities:
Strategy Development - Gather data on employee expectations on experience and engagement and identify opportunities to provide services that increases employee satisfaction objectives. Ideation and execution of end-to-end employee engagement initiatives. Design and implement rules, guidelines and best practices for the community to optimize member experience. Recommend best practices, including but not limited to community management, events management, training etc. ·
Community Management - Develop annual and monthly community initiatives calendar designed to create connections between members, including introductions, overseeing events, electronic and print communications. Manage all building operations and communicate with market support to ensure highest level of member satisfaction ·
Collaborative working & reporting - Collaborate with different teams to understand expectations and feedback. Work closely with different vendors for facility management & event management
Required Knowledge, Skills & Attributes Education & Experience:
· Any graduate/post-graduate with minimum 5-6 years of relevant work experience
· Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
· Project management and business operations experience required Personal Attributes
