Job Title: Senior UX DesignerWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX Designer to lead the design of our digital products.User research reports and personas are crucial in understanding user behavior and needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting user research and creating actionable insights.Journey maps and workflow diagrams help us visualize the user journey and identify pain points. The selected candidate will be able to create clear and concise journey maps and workflow diagrams.Wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs are essential in communicating design ideas and getting stakeholder buy-in. Our ideal candidate will have expertise in creating high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs.Usability testing plans and reports ensure that our designs meet user needs and are intuitive to use. The successful candidate will be able to develop comprehensive usability testing plans and reports.Design system documentation and guidelines facilitate collaboration and consistency across teams. We are looking for a candidate who can create clear and concise design system documentation and guidelines.Regular progress updates and presentations to stakeholders are critical in ensuring everyone is on the same page. The ideal candidate will be able to present design work clearly and effectively.Our ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in a related field and at least 7 years of experience in UX design for digital products. They should have a proven track record of leading UX projects for large-scale web and mobile applications and a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user research, interaction design, and prototyping.The successful candidate will be proficient in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop) and have a deep understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are also essential.We are an agile, cross-functional team, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working in this environment. Knowledge of data-driven design and analytics is a plus, and fluency in English is required.
